A sample flow of how it works:
- Connect - The customer simply types his/her phone or mobile number directly into the creative which sparked his/her interest. As soon as he/she clicks on the connect button, his/her phone rings with the advertisers’ sales agent on the other end. The agent already knows exactly which language the user prefers to speak, where he/she is located, and which product he/she is interested in.
- Co-browse - A new browser window opens on the customer's screen, with no installations or downloads. In this window the customer can see the agent’s picture or live video, as well as the relevant website or landing page.
- Convert - The customer and the agent can now co-browse the website and do everything together. Should the user so desire, he/she can take his/her hands off the keyboard entirely, sit back and enjoy while the agent answers questions, surfs the website, fills forms and leads the customer through the entire process – to completion.
